Use common sense, educate yourself yesterday. Get in shape, the average woman has only 2 minutes of fight in her if she’s attacked. That’s so sad, make sure your not one of them. Take a test have someone time you for 2 minutes while you do jumping jacks, punch or swing your arms, kick your legs or try what I did and have your husband, son, or boyfriend hold you down and see if you can get away in 2 minutes. If not you need to attend one of my seminars.
